Shipping
Made after you order.
Fren Picker merch is produced on demand by Printful. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping. The delivery estimate and live shipping charge shown during checkout depend on the items and destination.
- We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
- Delivery estimates are not guarantees; weather, carrier delays, stock issues, or an order hold can add time.
- Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.
- Please check your address carefully. Once an order ships, it may not be possible to change it.

Returns & refunds
We’ll make defects right.
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size, or an incorrectly selected color. Check the product options before paying.
- For a damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos.
- For a package believed lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund. Refund timing depends on the original payment method and bank.
- Orders returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address may require a new shipping charge.

Privacy
Only what the order needs.
Fren Picker uses the information needed to run the store, process payments, deliver orders, prevent abuse, and provide support.
- Your bag is stored locally in your browser.
- Stripe processes payment details; Fren Picker does not store complete card numbers.
- Shipping and contact details are shared with Printful and delivery partners to produce and deliver your order.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and may process standard security and technical request data.
- We do not sell your personal information.

Store terms
Keep it simple.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and applicable tax are shown during checkout.
- An order can be canceled or refunded if an item becomes unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or fulfillment is not possible.
- Product colors can vary slightly by screen and production batch.
- Fren Picker is an independent shop and is not official Twetch merchandise.
- These policies do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
